What Are Users Doing With Your Data?

Users engage in two distinct processes with data (on the web): they try to find it, and they try to make sense of it and understand it. These two activities together facilitate the actual use, and are known as 'data discovery'.

In this toolkit, we'll be focusing on what activities and practices are required while you select, prepare and publish your data in order to effectively support users in finding and making sense of your open data.
